Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days – $4.99 or free on orders over $35
  • Express Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days – $12.99
  • Standard International (UK & selected countries): 7–14 business days – calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the USA and UK. For other international destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., teethers, bath toys, opened soft toys).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@babytoys.vip with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@babytoys.vip with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
